By submitting this request, you agree to the following conditions:
1. At no time will the space capacity exceeded.
2. All exit locations must be announced prior to start of event.
3. All exit lights will be lit and all exits will be kept clear.
4. NO pyrotechnics or smoke producing props will be used.
5. You may be required to submit a drawing of the set up for your event.
6. Once approved, a set up or activity MAY NOT be altered.
7. If your event conflicts with a school event, the SCHOOL EVENT WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE.
